WEDNESDAY NONSENSE

And it’s Wednesday. How are we, good? I sure hope so. Goodness me… today is looking a lot rainy out. That means, no running outside – which is probably good since my knee has been bothering me lately. As much as I find that I need to slow down and give it a rest, I can’t and I don’t – running is my best friend…running is my boyfriend… running is my hot hot sex. Okay before I move on… only few of you will know the song that I’m referring to – I absolutely LUVS those CSS-ers. And along with CSS, Mr. Ryan Adams is tickeling my iTunes fancy (quite the wayward music mix-up) too. Thanks for that, iTunes shuffle, you truly are random.

So it’s kind of feeling like a Dawson’s Creek day. The soundtrack from that series always gets me in this somber mood bringing back my sophomore year in college. On nights where I wouldn’t want to spend another all-nighter in the art building so instead, I would hole up in my dorm room and paint, paint, paint... all night long to that horrible Fields of Gold song (please don’t ask me why)… And then also this truly talented Frenchy, Lara Fabian who would belt out the most wonderful French love songs. And yep, those are some memories for how today is feeling.

Stealing this – off of Orange You Lucky… a site I frequent here and there for some creative spark. Feel free to do the same… Oh and here's also a few random shots from the never-ending Stars game from Sunday night. Note to self: Stop seducing camera.

Six Unimportant Things About Me.
1. I heart radishes – I’d have my mom buy them for me when I was little and remember her calling them “burp bombs” for some reason.
2. In my twenties Psalm 27:14 is speaking wonders.
3. When I’m on my lunch break, I see the day laborers planting flowers or mowing lawns and secretly wish I could switch places with them (only for a day or so…)
4. I get flustered by my creative block every single stinkin’ day and realize I’m not using all of my talents and that frustrates the crud-ola out of me.
5. I can go several days without washing my hair and it still looks clean.
6. In songs I notice all the background noises... For instance the birds cawing in the Sarah McLachlan song, In the Arms of an Angel... have you heard them too?
SIGNED: IF I HAD SEVEN, I WOULD SAY THAT I AM CRAVING PHO QUE (yes, Pho Que… it’s a Vietnamese noodle house that has the best N3).
