Things that have surrounded this delicious day so far...
-- Already got my workout in - Nothing beats a getting up at 5:30am and the gym was freakin' packed - UHmazing to think these crazy people are just like me!
-- Courtney's CD she gave us last week in group - Seriously girl, these songs have worked wonders in my heart and soul in the past week's events. Like I commented to you... they are good in the morning, noon, and eveningtime... skinermarinky dinky do, skinamirnky do, I looooove yooou!... I love you in the mornin' and in the afternoon, I love you in the evenin' and underneath the moon! **I hope you people are doing the handmotions to this... if you're not, feel free to ask me to show you how next time we see eachother!
-- My mom crawled through a doggy door last night - Her and her gal pal, Rita, whom she had picked up last night bc Rita's car was getting fixed decided to have dinner. Well, later when my 'ma droppped Rita off at her casa, Rita discovered she had left her keys/garage door opener at the auto mechanics (whom happened to be closed by then). So having no spare keys they decide that my mom can crawl up the 8 ft tall fence and upon doing that, has to squeeze through Miss Snoopy's doggy door to unlock the real door for Rita. I've known my mom to be superwoman before, but this was just awesome - Really, to me it sounds like something out of the YaYa Sisterhood.
-- This song by MGMT entitled Kids.
-- My new "Ladies in Blue" and "Apollo Theatre" cds that hollered "Pick me! Pick me!" the other day at Half Price Books.... yes, they were both wonderfully discountd to $2.50 a piece - God bless you Half Price Books.
-- My cocoa brown nail polish is chipping but I think it adds character to my emsemble... which looks like this. As of late (okay, just the past two days) I've gotten in to drawing my outfit... it gets the creative spark going.
-- This does too! Chinese balloon costumes - So spectacular, yet I want to go and pop every single one of them - Thinking they should take this to Project Runway as their next assignment.
-- 50 cent Tuesday at the $1 movie in Lewisville (PS. I Love You and Michael Clayton are both showing!). Also, at the Hollywood Movie it's buy 1 movie get the other one half off or free. I can't remember... but Beth in group told us about this a while back (any takers?!!).
Okay, I'm gonna wrap this up with another color coated book case...
I've already sworn to be doing this in my next place - so be on the lookout for pictures in a month or so!SIGNED: GOD IS GOOD

Cheap movie? Oh heck ya! Dollar Theaters rock...And I totally did the hand motions in my head, then got to the part where you mentioned them and I was suddenly sent squealing down memory lane to my childhood when I learned this song from my first grade teacher, Mrs. Kidwell... She had a guitar and everything... Which was succeeded by memories of going to a Raffi concert with my mom, aunt, and cousins when I was 5, immediately followed by fond flashbacks of Seasame Place, when it was still in Dallas,www.sesameplace.com/... I find it both intriguing and incredible how one song can trigger the ole noodle to bounce around in the shenanigans of the past. Thanks for the free ride down "Good Times Past Boulevard," I can always count on you to put a smile on my face and a ray of sunshine in my heart.
