NECESSARY CLEANSING.

Car washes are necessary cleansing to your car and your day… As I type this, I’m pondering one today… as something just is not right. I don’t even know what it is but in a whole I feel very blah at the moment. The kind of blah where you just want to go to a park and talk out the blah with God and figure the blah out.

Today at work they are pressure washing the roof of our office building... they must be getting the blah off... it kind of sounds like I live in a car wash.

Hum-dee-hum.

Besides the blah... and besides the pressure washing... I believe in car washes (in my car… not my office). It’s such a down time to relax. In those short 3-5 minutes everything (even the radio) is turned off and I get to escape. Everything is finally calm in my day as my car glides along the rollers. As the rhythm of the swishes gently thump my car along, my eyes glaze over at the sight of the sprinkling foam coating the windshield. I can lull myself into a deep mind sleep where I forget the day and the blah. And just as soon as those precious minutes begin... they are up and a large gust of air suddenly rocks me back into reality.
