For those of you that don't know...
POSTSECRET is a website dedicated to all those who need to get something off their chest. A site dedicated to the secrets we all harbor inside... things you don't want to share even with your closest friend. Some posts will make you think, "OMG, how can anyone imagine/do/think such a thing?" while others are less complex. The site describes itself as "an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard".
I believe it to be brilliant. What a unique way to publicize what is kept so private.
Today while perusing the site, I came across this post and found it to be oh-so-true! Why do grown and young women find Halloween the day to suddenly dress skanky? What happened to the princesses and the angels? Say good-bye to innocence... we now have dirty versions of all Disney princesses and Little Bo-Cheaps skipping around . Bleh! It's beyond me.
The post read: i was at a halloween costume party this past weekend, and i was the ONLY female there who wasn't half-dressed & flaunting my body all over the place. i secretly think that most women take advantage of halloween just to dress like sluts.

Yeah, it's common knowledge that Halloween is for the sluts.
I'm not dressing up at all this year ... but next year I'm going to be Princess Peach and Aaron is going to be Mario and our friend Nick is going to be Koopa from the old Nintendo games!!! FUN FUN!
