WTF!

Last night, excitement was in the air at my apartment. Alas the nights of waiting are over... the last installment of The Hills is here! Here are some of my thoughts:

LC: Wow! This girl has definitely come outta her shell... it's good to see. I loved the part with her and the British guy... "with an accent" and how bold she was (probably some of the alcohol talking too.

The Cat: How cute... probably the first time I thought a cat was cute, simply because of the sweater though.

Heidi: Seriously, the plastic surgery shows. Her face (not just her chest)... is too fake and is totally different than last season.

Spencer: Terrible graffiti... I mean, I live in Dallas but I'm not going to have "Dallas" painted over the entire living room wall! And God-awful scruff (ewe! shave that!). Loved the "eenng" comment about the living room being painted in a light yellow color though.

Whitney: SOOO adorable... except her massive crazy shades at Milk (she can pull it off though)... loved it when she said "WTF"... my roomate and I cracked up!

Jimmy Bobby: Was that his name? I'm still confused too! Either way we'll see what happens with him... I'm not completely sold on this Johnny Depp wannabe.

Audrina: Most memorable moment is when she's getting ready in her bathroom with the eyeshadow brush and talking... she's pointing that dang thang anywhere and everywhere!... thought it was so funny!

LC's Mom: Wow, seriously... she looks good AND had some pretty good advice too.

Who am I leaving out here??

OH yeah, Brody: Good advice... about the marraige thing (no offense to those getting married)... but Spencer getting married just doesn't seem to sit well.

Despite Spencer’s idea that passive-aggressive remarks, graffiti-laden living room walls (did he do that himself?) and a beer bash constitute the beacon of domestic tranquility, Heidi is head over heels for this guy.

Or pretending to be, and doing a good job. We’re not sure.

Late in the second episode of the night, despite the rigorous objections of Brody Jenner, Spencer stepped up to the plate and offered Heidi a fat engagement ring. Of course, we’ve known for months that they’re engaged, so it kind of killed the mood.

That and the fact that it’s an acne-riddled, gnarly Spencer Pratt bumbling through a jewelry store and “proposing” on a Santa Barbara beach. Did we mention there was no actual proposal shown (or accepted) - just an awkward offering of a huge ass ring?

Bad editing? Completely fake proposal? Who knows. As for what’s next, it looks like Audrina and her man are getting serious, and LC is out to score herself a new man.

Note to the producers: Give us more Whitney Port! In addition to her profound wisdom, she’s the only character not tainted by excessive celebrity news attention.
