Despite this sickness I did happen to escape “cooped up couch mode” and get outside all of one afternoon this weekend. Not liking to take meds, I recharged my soul by taking a fall blade around some trails in Coppell that are my favorite. A few pics of why fall is my favorite and why it makes my soul burst with happiness– colors! I love the colors.

Other things accomplished this weekend (because there is a lack thereof, I feel the need to remind myself that things actually did happen)
-Spent a dirty night of indulging in everything bad that's good, which consists of (1) big greasy hamburger from Fat Daddy’s (2) Hills reruns (3) cake balls
- Got my hair done… and yes, a good hair washing is always good for the soul even if it doesn’t provide you more white blood cells.
- Went thrifting and bought something crazy. I mean really, its really really interesting to say the least... I brought this mystery item home and my dog won’t stop barking at it… yes, it’s that bad.
- Night of painting special paintings for special people. Look! Good and bad paints, reminding me of how people say you can mix Forever 21 pieces with a Louis Vuitton purse and Christian Louboutin heels... mixin' the good and bad.

- I got off the couch at home so I could go sprawl out on the couch at the library with all good but bad magazines: US Weekly, People, D Magazine and Redbook (agh, Redbook! Indeed, this equals bad)
-Listened to my sister’s soccer games online. HSU beat Puget Sound 1-0 and then Claremont 3-1 to now go play Trinity University in the Sweet 16 this weekend… yep, here they are on the beaches in Cali…. so sweet, so nice, so good.
