Did I say I was going to post more ATX pics? Umm... that'll have to wait.
Today is Friday and I am elated, delighted and in high spirits. The weekend is going to be a good one fo 'sho, filled with birthdays of good good friends: Billy, Trynh and Stinson. Also, we're doing Transform Dallas again... which should be great (as always) and with some intense heat (as always).
So, this morning I started my workday off with the ultimate WRONG song. I was feeling very "Motownphilly" so I switched the Pandora onto the Boys II Men station... whoa, big surprise! No Boys II Men... but raaather the ever popular, "Back at One" song by Brian McKnight. Err, ugh, yeah. Truly disappointed. Yes, sadly this is the first song that played on Pandora this Friday morning and I couldn't have been more annoyed... WTHeck Boys II Men Pandora station... WTHeck.
For the record… I can’t stand songs with numbers or dates in them. Ahem!.. Ruben Studdard, Sorry 2004... yeah I'm sorry you had to sing that... dang Idol contract. Please oh please songwriters.. quit writing the one, two, three, four song lyrics... Mr. Rogers helped me learn those a long time ago.
Okay, okay.. not satisfied? Let's make a deal and hope for no whammy's. Today... and only today, you can count and sing your little hearts out about it. ONLY IF... you sing this song and bust out the following dance moves.
Appropriately entitled, "The Counting Song", these boys do a great remix... it'll make your Friday and bring your eyeballs to glossy-eyed tears!
Happy Birthdays and Happy Fridays!
SIGNED: AND I QUOTE, "PEACE OUT"
