MR. ROGERS GOT IT RIGHT

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day in the neighborhood... doo doo doo doooooo AND to top that off... it's Friday (heck yes, heck yes). By speical (Rachel) request I'd like to present to you #233, #234 and #235 reasons why "my little one bedroom" is quite dandy.

#233 - Mr. Apple Man
why: found him at a thrift store 2 weeks ago for less than a buck | I had to take him home with me bc gosh darn, he looks so full of glee - I smile everytime I catch him smiling at me (and he has cool hinged legs).

#234 - Color Coated Book Shelf
why: need I even explain this? nope, nope... I like to put things into rainbow order and swore I'd do this at my new place ... Ta-dah!

#235 - ABC Letters
why: whenever I'm at a thrift store and spot a letter or more I have to buy it... doesn't matter the size, shape, or flavor | as of late we have spelled out MANY wonderous words and phrases in the late weekend hours | now... you MUST get creative (and spell things like pita whore) bc there are duplicates of certain letters and the whole alphabet is not there yet (only in time, only in time)

What was I doing 5 years ago?
Preparing to leave Abilene… I mean, graduate college.

-Make phone calls about freelance work
-Phone Brooks
-Dillards
-Ride with the top down in the Go-Cart
-Play with Maggie Mae

-edamame
-planters pistachio nut mix
-ants on a log
-tomato w mozerella
-granola

Five things I would do if I were a billionaire:
-Make sure my family is taken care of
-Purchase Cowboys season tickets
-Go shopping in London
-Help with the homeless situation in Dallas
-Buy property in Princeville, Kauai… fly all my friends in and host a bad a$$ party

Five bad habits I have:
-scratching behind my right ear
-not committing to things
-not charging my cell phone
-leaving chewed gum on almost everything
-becoming excessive about working out, if that’s a bad thing
