I found the two women had previously written, A Year of Mornings, 3191 Miles Apart.
The two women are Maria Alexandra Vettese and Stephanie Congdon Barnes. Maria lives in Portland, Maine while Stephanie lives in Portland, Oregon. The distance between the two women (you guessed it) spans 3,191 miles.

I've been enjoying a lot of food images lately. We should cofeature a section on our respective blogs of food, ???? miles apart. Of course, only when I get back to London town. Have fun in Hawaii, when you get back, I'll be right there and we will kick downtown in the teeth.
