RAY DAYS

Just got back from a run down Katy Trail. When the weather is nice like it is today, I can't help but to be outside... "Ray Days" I like to call them. :)

Today's Ray Day started out with a little Ckids. Had a blast with the girls there. Then, ran into some friends from college that were at Cornerstone for Spin weekend with the youth. Thought I'd see Jessie (but no, I didn't see you!). Instead I saw a blast from the past. Had to say, it was definitely someone I wasn't expecting to see... and it rocked me a little bit.

After leaving Ckids... thoughts circulated through my head. This particular person left things a tad bit unhinged, so to speak, (at least in my eyes) and so to see them wasn't exactly the greatest but nor was it really bad either. It was just a feeling of "blah"... that's life. Hmm... but thoughts were still in my head... and so yes, I left without saying hi, which was probably uncordial, but then again... I don't have anything much to say at this point.

Ends up that whenever I get stressed or start thinking on things, I go into workout mode. So, Ray Day continued down the Katy Trail six miles, never stopping and it was absolutely refreshing and reenergizing... for my body and spirit. I would type more but I can't seem to get my thoughts from my head down to the computer today. Anyways...

MystiQal Mardi Gras Parade is tonight... shall be pretty fun... Dallas' first night parade in some years. Already have some friends on their way out so I'm thinking it'll be a pretty good time.
