CHRISTMAS EVE!

Yes, I am at work today. Thought it was a little pointless to take the day off, knowing I'd just have to "work" a half-day and didn't want to waste a vacation day. Absolutely no one is here except a few hard-core coworkers. It's freezing, but thankfully me and Amy are sipping hot chocolate to stay warm.

This weekend my brother Matt, Laynie plus kids came in town to celebrate Christmas early. Game of the weekend was Yahtzee... Movie of the weekend was Elf and The Land Before Time for the Colton-Man... Album of the weekend was Third Day Christmas Offerings.

One more hour to go... Here's a few pictures from my smallgroup's wagon ride around Highland Park. We had a marvelous time and the weather couldn't have been MORE perfect!

A few of my favorite Christmas lyrics...
"Said the king to the people everywhere
Listen to what I say
Pray for peace people everywhere
Listen to what I say
The child, the child
Sleeping in the night
He will bring us goodness and light"

"Yea, Lord, we greet thee,
Born this happy morning;
Jesus, to thee be glory given!
Word of the Father,
Now in flesh appearing!
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Oh, come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord."

"Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Til He appeared and the soul felt it's worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morne
Fall on your knees

O hear the angel voices
O night divine!
O night when Christ was born
O night divine!
O night, O night divine!"

SIGNED: MERRY CHRISTMAS!
